We are placing a Recruiter on behalf of a fast-growing US-based travel therapy staffing company. The Recruiter will source Clinicians through various platforms, engage candidates, and help grow the company’s brand presence online.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong ‘hunter’ mentality with proactive sourcing ability
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
