About the Role

The Recruiter position at Amergis begins with a structured Recruiter Trainee Program built to ground you in the core disciplines of the profession. As a trainee, this is a non-exempt, full-time opportunity for individuals ready to build a foundation in recruiting from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates through a variety of channels
• Screen applicants to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit
• Select and advance candidates who align with client and role requirements
• Place candidates successfully into open positions
• Collaborate closely with experienced recruiters and team leadership to sharpen your craft
