Requirements
- 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience in the Energy, Engineering, Industrial, and / or Construction sectors
- Technical knowledge in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong working knowledge of EEO, AA, and OFCCP compliance
