- Conduct structured phone and video interviews
- Evaluate skills, experience, communication and cultural alignment
- Manage communication from initial outreach through offer stage
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Draft and present offers to selected candidates
- Track and report on time-to-fill, pipeline health and source effectiveness
