We’re hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Real Estate Specialist to manage listings, transactions, and compliance from contract to closing. You’ll support agents, brokers, and clients by keeping deals organized, compliant, and on track.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, brokerage operations, or real estate support
- Proficiency with MLS platforms, DocuSign, Transaction systems (Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, or similar)
- Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word)
- Familiarity with real estate compliance and documentation requirements
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
