Based in South Boston, Suffolk County, this on-site position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate opportunities that align with the company's expansion goals across its growing portfolio of fitness centers. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess prospective sites for new corporate club locations, factoring in market demand, demographics, and trade-area potential. Lead lease negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and property developers. Coordinate site due diligence, financial analysis, and approval processes for new and existing clubs. Partner with construction, operations, and development teams to move locations from concept to opening. Track market trends and report on real estate pipeline activity to support corporate expansion strategy. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial real estate, site selection, or retail development, ideally within a multi-unit or franchise environment. Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with lease structures and real estate financial modeling. Ability to analyze markets, demographics, and location data to guide decisions. Excellent communication and project-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Willingness to work on-site in South Boston, Suffolk County, with travel as needed for site visits.
