What You'll Do

• Shadow and assist licensed agents during client consultations, property tours, and transaction management
• Learn market analysis, property valuation, and client needs assessment through direct mentorship
• Support property marketing efforts, including photography coordination, listing descriptions, and digital outreach
• Prepare and organize transaction documents, contracts, and compliance materials
• Develop your own client base through prospecting, networking, and community engagement
• Attend required training sessions on New Jersey real estate law, ethics, licensing preparation, and company systems
• Build database management and CRM skills to support long-term business growth
