CityVet is hiring a full-time Real Estate Analyst in Dallas, Texas to help drive the growth of veterinary practice locations across the country. If you thrive at the intersection of finance, market research, and commercial real estate, this role puts you at the center of a fast-moving development pipeline.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Analyst at CityVet, you will report to the Real Estate Manager and collaborate with senior leaders across the Real Estate team. This is a hands-on, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas, offering exposure to every stage of the real estate development lifecycle for veterinary services. Your analysis will directly support CityVet's and Arista's mission of building practice ownership opportunities for veterinarians nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full real estate development process, from initial site evaluation through project completion.
- Conduct market and demographic research to identify and assess potential locations for new veterinary clinics.
- Build and maintain financial models, underwriting assumptions, and feasibility analyses for prospective sites.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for the Real Estate Manager and senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep development projects on schedule.
- Track pipeline activity and help maintain accurate, organized records of deals in progress.
Qualifications
- Background in real estate, finance, business, economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort building and interpreting financial models and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, Texas, in a collaborative team environment.
