About the Role
As the Ready Mix Plant Manager at CalPortland, you will take full ownership of a key concrete production site in Mira Loma, Riverside County. This on-site leadership position centers on running a productive operation while upholding our standards for product quality, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility across the construction materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all day-to-day plant operations to keep ready mix concrete production running efficiently and reliably.
- Safeguard consistent, high-quality output that meets customer specifications and CalPortland quality benchmarks.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate plant resources, scheduling, and workflows to support dependable order fulfillment.
- Lead and support the plant team to foster a safe, accountable, and performance-driven workplace.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing ready mix, concrete, or comparable construction materials operations.
- Strong operational leadership skills with a track record of running production efficiently.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, compliance obligations, and quality-control practices.
- Commitment to sustainability and continuous operational improvement.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mira Loma, Riverside County.
