We are seeking an R&D Digital Project Manager to lead cross-functional digital projects within the MJN R&D Digital Team. The role involves developing project plans, managing scope and governance processes, and leading stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline, at least 3 years of experience managing complex digital or PLM projects, and a strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in Nutrition/IFCN.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex digital or PLM projects in R&D or similar functions
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in Nutrition/IFCN
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
