Radiologic Technologist – Part Time (40) – Days

Adventist Health is hiring a Radiologic Technologist in Linda, Yuba County, to join a respected diagnostic imaging team and deliver high-quality patient care across the Yuba-Sutter region. About the Role

As a Radiologic Technologist with Adventist Health in Linda, Yuba County, you will perform diagnostic radiographic examinations that support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Working alongside radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff, you will play an essential part in patient-centered imaging services within a 221-bed hospital network and its affiliated clinics throughout Marysville and the surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct radiographic imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders.
• Position patients correctly and adjust equipment to capture clear, diagnostic-quality images.
• Apply radiation safety standards to protect patients, colleagues, and yourself.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort throughout each exam.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams, documenting exams accurately within patient records.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current certification and registration as required to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in California.
• Knowledge of radiographic positioning, imaging equipment, and radiation safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow clinical procedures consistently.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.
