Online Education Services
We are seeking Online Learning Advisers (OLAs) to support students in GSQ004: Strategy and Systems Thinking, a unit that challenges learners to navigate complexity through strategic insight and systems awareness. As an OLA, you’ll ensure students experience high-quality, positive learning by facilitating learning activities, marking assessments, and providing meaningful feedback.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree or higher in Strategic Management, Systems Thinking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or curriculum development for online courses.
- Strong understanding of educational technologies and online teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Experience with student assessment and providing effective feedback.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
