Quick Lane Lube Technician

Kendall Ford in Meridian, Ada County is hiring a full-time Quick Lane Lube Technician to join the Service Department team at one of the Pacific Northwest's largest family-owned and operated automotive groups.

About the Role

As a Quick Lane Lube Technician at Kendall Dealership Holdings, you'll be an essential part of a high-volume, customer-focused service operation in the heart of the Treasure Valley. You'll keep vehicles running safely and reliably for drivers throughout the Meridian community, working alongside a skilled team in a busy, professionally managed shop environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• Check, top off, and replace essential fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid
• Rotate tires, check tread depth, and adjust tire pressure
• Replace wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters as needed
• Test batteries and recommend replacements when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Work efficiently to minimize customer wait times without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in automotive service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented service department
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required by the role
• Prior experience in a lube, quick-service, or automotive technician role is a plus but not required — we're willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
