The full-time role operates from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone worksite and is ready for an immediate starter who can deliver precise commercial control on vertical or horizontal projects. Your Responsibilities Create precise quantity extractions, comprehensive cost projections, and bills of quantities drawn from drawings, specifications, and accepted industry methods. Examine contractor proposals, judge pricing levels, and contribute recommendations on suppliers and subcontractors for procurement. Track project spending, log variations or scope adjustments, and produce cost summaries together with progress valuations. Participate in value-engineering reviews and initiatives that identify savings. Help validate baseline and update construction timelines for accuracy and completeness. Observe field progress and communicate differences between planned milestones and actual results. Coordinate with the project scheduler so that quantities and costs remain consistent with schedule status. Apply Bluebeam for digital markups, take-offs, design examinations, and document control. Compile cost reports, change-order assessments, and progress records. Align technical and commercial views with engineering, procurement, and site teams. Support project closeout through final quantity verification, as-built cost checks, and turnover paperwork. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Estimator, or similar role on construction projects involving buildings or infrastructure. Competence reading engineering drawings, contracts, specifications, and schedules. Understanding of construction scheduling principles (familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage).
