About the Role

As a Quality Technician (Temporary) based on-site in Lake Orion, Oakland County, you will partner closely with the quality organization and the technical center teams to keep critical product and system components performing at their best. Working alongside quality engineers, manufacturing, and operations, you will play a hands-on part in ensuring that every component consistently meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the quality and technical center departments in everyday efforts to raise the performance of key product and system components.
• Assist quality engineers, manufacturing, and operations teams in satisfying customer requirements and specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across an expanding range of battery products.
• Help gather, document, and communicate quality-related data that informs engineering and production decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify component issues and support timely, effective resolutions.
