About the Role
As a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist based in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, you will own the lifecycle of quality events tied to both products and processes. From documenting discrepancies to driving investigations and customer complaint resolution, you play a central part in upholding Catalent's commitment to compliance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, record, and resolve quality events or discrepancies linked to product or process activities.
- Author and lead investigations stemming from those events, ensuring thorough root-cause analysis.
- Process and investigate customer and consumer product complaints from intake through closure.
- Compile annual product reviews that summarize performance and quality trends.
- Track, trend, and follow up on quality data to support corrective and preventive action.
Qualifications
- Background in quality assurance, ideally within a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong technical writing skills for investigations, reports, and product reviews.
- Familiarity with documenting discrepancies and managing complaint-handling workflows.
- Analytical mindset for identifying trends and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance and documentation.
