QRM – Quality Specialist – ER&I – C_MAT

Deloitte is hiring a QRM - Quality Specialist - ER&I - C_MAT to join our Quality and Risk Management organization in West Miami, Miami-Dade County. This full-time, on-site role places you at the center of how we safeguard quality, manage risk, and protect the reputation of one of the world's leading professional services firms.

About the Role

As a Quality Specialist within Quality and Risk Management (QRM), you will help our growing and increasingly complex Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) business operate with confidence. Sitting within the Quality Program team, you will deliver objective, timely, and actionable feedback to engagement teams while helping surface opportunities to strengthen the systems and processes that underpin delivery quality. Your work directly supports stronger financial performance and the protection of the firm's assets and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery quality across ER&I engagements by providing clear, impartial, and practical feedback to engagement teams.
• Help identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities within quality systems and processes.
• Contribute to the broader mission of QRM to manage risk and improve performance across the business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure feedback is delivered in a timely and constructive manner.
• Help protect the firm's assets and reputation through diligent quality and risk practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate quality objectively.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering actionable feedback to engagement teams.
• An analytical mindset suited to identifying risks and process improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in West Miami, Miami-Dade County in a full-time capacity.
• Interest in quality, risk management, or the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector.
