- Demonstrated history of high-precision editorial work with minimal error rates
- Extremely high attention to detail and ability to catch subtle inconsistencies
- Strong familiarity with following instructions in a professional written context (National Institute of Korean Language standards, Korean editorial standards, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Reliable availability and consistent engagement
