Direct Counsel is seeking a Public Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to join a sophisticated financial services and specialty finance practice working on complex public finance and economic development transactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of transactional legal experience
- Experience in public finance, real estate, financial services, or corporate transactional matters
- Georgia Bar admission or pending admission
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage transaction workflows and coordinate with multiple deal parties
