Direct Counsel is seeking a Public Company Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a corporate associate with sophisticated public company transaction experience to join a growing and nationally recognized M&A practice.
Requirements
- 4+ years of public company M&A experience at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm
- Experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
- Strong transactional management skills and the ability to independently handle complex deal components
- Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Admission to practice in New York or eligibility to waive in
