In this part-time position, you'll help create and maintain safe, stable environments where individuals experiencing homelessness can build the foundation for long-term housing stability. About the Role Working Friday and Saturday evenings from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, you'll be the consistent presence that helps keep our interim housing site secure and welcoming. You'll use observation, engagement, and de-escalation skills to build trust with residents while identifying and addressing safety concerns—both preventing problems and responding thoughtfully when crises arise.
