We are seeking a Psychologist – AI Trainer to author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or MS in Psychology with 3+ years clinical, research, or applied experience, or a BA/BS in Psychology with 5+ years applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience.
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or MS in Psychology with 3+ years clinical, research, or applied experience.
- BA/BS in Psychology with 5+ years applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
Benefits
- Hourly contractor compensation: $70–$78/hour
