About the Role As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in our At Risk Youth Residential setting, you will deliver attentive, trauma-informed nursing care to children and adolescents living in a structured residential environment. This part-time position is scheduled for 24 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour first-shift pattern — alternating weekly between approximately 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m. and 11:30 a.m.–12:00 midnight — and includes an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered to welcome you aboard. Key Responsibilities Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to at-risk youth residents in a residential treatment setting. Administer and monitor medications, document patient responses, and uphold safety protocols. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support each resident's individualized treatment plan.
