Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of property inspections as required by investors
- Knowledge of agency guidelines and FHA, ICC requirements conditions
- General property maintenance knowledge a plus
- Mortgage default servicing experience a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player
- Critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of MSP servicing system a plus
