We’re hiring a Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination across multiple markets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with Buildium (required) and PropertyMeld (required)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of calls, tasks, and work orders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
