We’re hiring a Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or customer-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Buildium (required) and PropertyMeld (required)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of calls, tasks, and work orders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
