We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
- Submit invoices into the designated accounting software (training provided).
- Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases.
- Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of office experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
