Property Manager – Condo

Castle Management, LLC is seeking an experienced, state-licensed Property Manager – Condo to oversee daily community association operations in Deerfield Beach, Broward County. This full-time, on-site role partners closely with the Board of Directors to keep a condominium community running smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with Florida law.

About the Role

As a Property Manager – Condo with Castle Management, LLC in Deerfield Beach, you will serve as the operational backbone of the association. Working under general supervision, you will translate Board direction into clear policies, procedures, and services that protect property values and elevate the resident experience across all common areas. This position is licensed under Florida Statute 468, and a working command of Florida Statute 718 — the law governing condominium associations — is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement community policies and procedures in coordination with the Board of Directors.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of services required to maintain and improve shared common areas and amenities.
• Recommend operational improvements and present informed guidance to the Board.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with Florida Statute 718 and other applicable condominium regulations.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site staff to uphold quality and accountability standards.

Qualifications

• Active Community Association Manager license under Florida Statute 468 (required).
• Solid working knowledge of Florida Statute 718 governing condominium associations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations, budgets, and service delivery for a residential community.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to advise and collaborate with a Board of Directors.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Deerfield Beach, Broward County.
