Property Manager

Hotels Unlimited is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Raritan, Somerset County to lead leasing and resident relations across our residential apartment communities in Somerville, New Jersey. If you have hands-on leasing experience and a proven knack for closing, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Property Manager with Hotels Unlimited (TFE Properties, LLC), you'll be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for prospective and current residents. Based in the Raritan and Somerville, New Jersey area, this on-site, full-time position blends apartment leasing with day-to-day customer service, giving you ownership of the resident experience from the first tour to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments across our residential communities and guide prospects through every step of the application process.
• Act as a customer service representative, responding to resident questions and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Build rapport with prospective tenants and confidently convert tours and inquiries into signed leases.
• Keep leasing records, schedules, and follow-ups well organized and up to date.
• Partner with the wider team to meet community occupancy and service goals.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or residential leasing experience.
• A demonstrated track record of closing leases.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, proactive approach.
• Flexibility to adapt as priorities and situations change.
