About the Role

As a Property Manager at Vanguard Pro Realty, you will serve as the central point of contact between property owners and tenants across our Paradise, Clark County portfolio. The position blends financial stewardship, leasing activity, and hands-on property oversight, ensuring each asset stays profitable, compliant, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect monthly rent and additional property fees from tenants and individual owners.
• Settle property-related expenses, including taxes, mortgage payments, payroll, insurance premiums, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications
