As Property Manager for Brookside Properties in Cookeville, TN, you will take ownership of a 112-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. Key Responsibilities
- Direct all on-site operations for a 112-unit affordable housing community in Cookeville, Putnam County.
- Maintain full compliance with LIHTC (Tax Credit) regulations, including resident certifications and recertifications.
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention while preserving the community's strong, stable performance.
- Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and reporting to meet financial and program goals.
- Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing affordable housing or tax credit communities.
- Strong working knowledge of LIHTC (Tax Credit) compliance and certification processes.
