About the Role
As the Property Manager for The Baxly in Savannah, you will own the day-to-day performance of the community, guiding your on-site team toward strong occupancy, satisfied residents, and healthy financial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability and enjoys turning operational goals into measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the on-site team, setting a standard of excellence across all community operations.
- Oversee daily operations of a 250-unit conventional multifamily community.
- Shape and execute marketing and leasing strategies that maximize occupancy and resident retention.
- Manage the property's financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and meeting revenue targets.
- Deliver an outstanding resident experience while maintaining the quality and condition of the community.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of multifamily housing experience.
- At least three years serving as a Property Manager over a 250-unit conventional community.
- Demonstrated strength in operational management and team leadership.
- Proven ability to build and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.
- Solid financial acumen and a track record of meeting performance goals.
