Property Manager

Yellow Tree is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, to help steward thriving residential communities created from once-overlooked urban properties.

As Property Manager with Yellow Tree, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties in and around Falcon Heights, ensuring buildings run smoothly and residents feel proud to call them home. This on-site, full-time position sits at the intersection of resident relations, operational excellence, and community building, making it ideal for someone who takes ownership and genuinely enjoys turning a property into a place people love.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations, upkeep, and overall performance of assigned residential properties
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and contractors to keep buildings safe, clean, and well-functioning
• Support leasing activity, unit turnovers, and occupancy goals
• Track budgets, expenses, and reporting to keep properties financially healthy
• Help bring newly developed and renovated spaces to life as welcoming communities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or residential operations
• Strong communication and people skills, with a resident-first mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Able to work on-site in Falcon Heights, Ramsey County (this role is not remote)
• A collaborative, hands-on approach that fits a small, agile team
