MOEY INC is hiring a dependable, hands-on Property Maintenance & Field Assistant in Cincinnati, Hamilton County to keep our real estate operations running smoothly out in the field.
About the Role
As a full-time Property Maintenance & Field Assistant based in Cincinnati, you will work directly alongside our real estate team, spending much of your day onsite at properties rather than behind a desk. We are searching for a proactive, motivated, and well-organized professional who is comfortable splitting time between property visits, maintenance follow-ups, and supporting tasks. This position offers the chance to grow with a busy operation where reliability and initiative are genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and host property showings for prospective tenants or buyers.
- Schedule, track, and follow up on maintenance requests across our properties.
- Carry out routine property inspections and report on conditions.
- Capture content such as photos and notes from properties to support listings and operations.
- Provide general field support to keep day-to-day real estate activities on schedule.
Qualifications
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks without close supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working hands-on and on location across the Cincinnati and Hamilton County area.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Local presence in or near Cincinnati, as this is an onsite, in-person role.
