Requirements
- 2+ years in property management or maintenance coordination
- Hands-on experience with Yardi / AppFolio / Buildium
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Experience with vendor scheduling, invoice review, and maintenance workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
