HPI Real Estate Services & Investments is seeking a motivated Property Assistant to join their Panther Creek, Montgomery County team and support operations at one of Texas's most established commercial real estate firms.
About the Role
As a full-time Property Assistant at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day functions of a dynamic commercial real estate organization with a deep footprint across Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston. This is an on-site position based in Panther Creek, Montgomery County.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist property management and investment teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Support coordination across commercial real estate projects, including development, management, and investment activities
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to property portfolios
- Help navigate day-to-day real estate challenges under the guidance of experienced professionals
Qualifications
- Prior experience or coursework in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in standard office software and willingness to learn industry-specific tools
