About the Role

As a Project Scheduler II in Juno Beach, FL, you will report directly to the group Manager and serve as the backbone of project planning. Your core focus is building, maintaining, and advancing detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 software, while keeping stakeholders informed of how actual progress measures up against approved plans. This is a full-time, on-site position with Kforce Technology Staffing's client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage project schedules from inception through delivery using Primavera P6.
• Track and report on schedule progress, ensuring milestones and dependencies stay accurate and current.
• Prepare monthly project reports that compare the approved baseline schedule against actual progress.
• Partner with the group Manager and project teams to surface delays, risks, and opportunities to recover time.
• Maintain schedule integrity and data quality across active projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6 software.
• Solid grasp of project scheduling fundamentals, including baselines, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate monthly reporting.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with managers and project stakeholders.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Juno Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.
