Qualifications
- Master Mariner or Chief Engineer
Knowledge and/or Experience
- The Project Marine Coordinator shall be experienced in handling/ managing offshore marine units operating in the oil and gas industry.
- 15+ years of marine and offshore installation experience primarily Offshore with onshore Operational/ Management experience.
- Broad and extensive knowledge of critical marine operations including Offshore Construction and JUB/ Rigs move activities.
- Knowledge of Dynamic Positioning Systems & Operations, DP FMEA Analysis, DP FMEA Proving Trials, Annual DP Trials, ASOG/CAMO.
- Experienced in managing Marine Assurance & Compliance processes, following corporate requirements and international standards.
- Knowledgeable in International Maritime Regulations, Codes and Standards.
- Experience within the Middle East region is advantageous.
- Previous Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) and Marine Consultancy experience is advantageous (Preferably OVID accreditation).
