We are looking for a Project Manager, Growth Operations to own end-to-end contracting operations during the peak May–September period, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts. This is a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations
- Direct experience with contract lifecycle management platforms; Ironclad strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive contracting workflows without losing accuracy
- Strong coordination instincts — you know how to keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people
- Clear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes

- Hourly Range: $50 – $90 per hour
