Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Seattle, King County. If you thrive on owning marine and commercial projects from bid to completion, this Seattle-based role puts you at the center of the action.
About the Role
As a Project Manager/Estimator II at Global Diving & Salvage, Inc., you will steer projects across their full lifecycle from our Seattle, Washington office. The position blends hands-on estimating with day-to-day project leadership, giving you broad ownership of how work is scoped, priced, scheduled, and delivered safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities from kickoff through close-out
- Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and partners
- Coordinate subcontractors and align their work with project goals
- Provide safety oversight and uphold compliance on every job
- Track budgets and monitor costs to keep projects financially on target
- Build and manage schedules to meet milestones and deadlines
- Prepare accurate estimates that support competitive, profitable bids
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and cost estimating, ideally in marine, diving, salvage, or related construction fields
- Strong command of contract negotiation and subcontractor coordination
- Working knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Skilled in budget tracking, cost control, and schedule management
- Clear communicator who can lead teams and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working on-site in Seattle, King County (this is not a remote position)
