Responsibilities Plan, design and oversee the deployment of structural health monitoring systems tailored to project needs across 3 Locations Coordinate installation, calibration and ongoing maintenance of sensors and data-acquisition equipment Analyse monitoring datasets, generate clear technical reports and recommend corrective actions when anomalies appear Manage day-to-day project schedules, resources and stakeholder communications to keep deliverables on track Collaborate with design, construction and operations teams to embed health-monitoring requirements into broader schemes Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, quality procedures and safety protocols Support continuous improvement of monitoring methodologies and knowledge sharing within the Fugro engineering community Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil, structural or mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline Hands-on experience in structural analysis, instrumentation or health-monitoring projects Proven ability to manage concurrent technical assignments and meet deadlines Familiarity with data-processing software, finite-element modelling tools and sensor technologies common to structural health monitoring Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and internal coordination Self-starter mindset combined with collaborative teamwork suited to multi-location project environments About Fugro Fugro is hiring for this role and offers a supportive team environment that encourages professional development across its 3 Locations.
