Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential project management, administrative and logistical support across multiple events and client programmes. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Producers and wider delivery teams to keep projects organised, on schedule and running smoothly.

What You Will Do

You’ll own and maintain key project documentation, schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas and distribute detailed meeting notes and action items. You’ll also assist with the creation and coordination of post-event reports, debrief documents and client feedback analysis.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience supporting the delivery of events, conferences, exhibitions or live experiences
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong overall technology proficiency and confidence working with project management systems
