Zip is seeking an experienced Program Manager, University Recruiting to lead and scale its campus hiring efforts. The role will involve owning the full lifecycle of university recruiting, building relationships with career centers and hiring managers, and improving the candidate experience and recruiter workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in university or campus recruiting
- Direct ownership of intern and/or new graduate hiring programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
