Vumc is seeking a Program Manager for HIV Practice Transformation to strengthen and advance HIV practice improvements in our Nashville, TN community. This full-time position sits within the AIDS Education Training Center and offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across clinical teams and organizations. The Opportunity This role focuses on leading the strategic development and execution of HIV practice transformation initiatives. As Program Manager at Vumc, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to implement evidence-based HIV care models, enhance clinical training, and expand the reach of quality improvement efforts throughout the region. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and administrators to translate best practices into sustainable clinical change. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of HIV practice transformation programs in partnership with clinical staff and training partners Design and deliver training curricula and educational resources tailored to healthcare providers and clinical teams Establish metrics and track program outcomes to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement Facilitate collaboration across departments and external organizations to advance HIV clinical practice standards Conduct needs assessments and provide technical assistance to partner organizations implementing HIV practice improvements Maintain detailed program documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders and funding partners Requirements Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, business, or related field 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or healthcare quality improvement Strong knowledge of HIV care, treatment, and prevention evidence and current best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or educational programs Proficiency with data analysis, outcomes tracking, and reporting tools Ability to work effectively with clinical teams, administrators, and community partners Why Join Vumc Vumc is a leading academic medical center committed to innovation in patient care, research, and education.
