The Opportunity This role focuses on leading the strategic development and execution of HIV practice transformation initiatives. As Program Manager at Vumc, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to implement evidence-based HIV care models, enhance clinical training, and expand the reach of quality improvement efforts throughout the region. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and administrators to translate best practices into sustainable clinical change.
