Pigment is hiring a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale global programs that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our GTM teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning high-priority GTM initiatives into efficient, field-ready programs that optimize teams’ understanding of what actually matters, what is changing, and how to effectively execute.
Requirements
- Own GTM enablement programs from design through rollout
- Support existing programs such as GTM Onboarding and GTM SKO
- Translate product, marketing, and GTM priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable enablement
- Build high-quality content and learning experiences
- Develop AI-native workflows and scalable automation resources
- Partner across Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Partners, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Enablement
- Leverage field feedback, pipeline signals, and performance data to continually improve programs
- Refine and optimize teams decision-making
