Program Manager – Cybersecurity Operations and Information Assurance

Network Designs Inc. (NDi) is hiring a full-time Program Manager – Cybersecurity Operations and Information Assurance to join its team in Tysons Corner, Fairfax County, VA — supporting mission-critical IT and network programs delivered to federal government customers.

About the Role

As a Program Manager focused on Cybersecurity Operations and Information Assurance, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of cybersecurity programs serving federal clients. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, ensuring that security deliverables meet both contract requirements and applicable federal standards. This is an on-site position embedded within NDi's established federal contracting practice.

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day cybersecurity program operations, aligning technical execution with contractual scope, schedule, and quality commitments
• Oversee information assurance activities, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and support for Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts
• Serve as the primary interface between NDi and government stakeholders, providing regular status reporting and proactive risk communication
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of security engineers, analysts, and compliance specialists
• Develop and maintain program plans, integrated master schedules, and risk registers
• Ensure program compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and other applicable federal cybersecurity policies and directives
• Identify and resolve program-level issues, escalating to senior leadership when appropriate
• Support business development activities including proposal contributions and past-performance documentation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity or information assurance programs in a federal contracting environment
• Strong working knowledge of RMF, NIST cybersecurity frameworks, and federal IA policy
• Proven ability to manage program scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credential preferred
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing government clients
