Requirements
- Proven success in program or project management roles managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Experience gathering requirements and partnering with engineering teams to ship software, data, or technical products
- Technically fluent with experience in modern PM and collaboration platforms
- Deep familiarity with federal funding and compliance requirements for state and local government
