Educate the Client on MTM procedures and clearly communicate expectations in both directions. Own and monitor the department budget to hit established financial targets. Lead quarterly Town Hall sessions with staff at all levels and document recurring Client satisfaction meetings. Resolve service issues, complaints, and troubleshooting needs in coordination with the Client. Manage stakeholder expectations and stay current on changes to NET program rules, regulations, and policies. Coordinate with transportation providers, facilities, and internal teams to uphold safety and quality standards. Plan proactively for growth, and carry out disciplinary actions and terminations when required. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years managing large, profitable operations teams within a multimillion-dollar contract setting (10 years preferred). Proven background in contract implementation, performance management, and complex contracts involving SLAs and government compliance. Experience leading sizable teams of direct and indirect reports across all organizational levels. Valid driver's license required. Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict-management, analytical, and strategic planning skills, plus solid business and financial acumen.
