Minimum of 8 years managing large, profitable operations teams within a multimillion-dollar contract setting (10 years preferred). Proven background in contract implementation, performance management, and complex contracts involving SLAs and government compliance. Experience leading sizable teams of direct and indirect reports across all organizational levels. Valid driver's license required.
