What This Role Involves You'll take on comprehensive leadership of Stepful's nursing programs in Ohio. Serving as both an educator and program manager, you'll guide curriculum development and instruction for PN and RN programs, build and lead an adjunct teaching team, manage student progress and achievement, cultivate partnerships with regional healthcare employers, and ensure regulatory compliance with Ohio Board of Nursing standards. Reporting to the Senior Director of Nursing Programs, you'll focus on delivering rigorous, high-quality nursing education that prepares working adults for successful professional practice. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Teach didactic and clinical nursing courses, including in-person skills laboratory sessions Collaborate with internal teams to develop, refine, and continuously improve nursing curriculum for PN and RN programs Oversee enrollment, admissions, student registration, and orientation processes Monitor student progress, conduct academic advising and grading, and support program completion Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise adjunct nursing faculty Serve as primary point of contact for healthcare employer partner relationships in Ohio Develop and manage program budgets and operational resources Maintain responsibility for regulatory compliance and ongoing liaison work with the Ohio Board of Nursing Conduct program assessments, analyze student outcome data, and recommend continuous improvements Accommodate evening and weekend instruction schedules as program needs require Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio, or immediate eligibility if licensed in another state Master's degree in nursing Minimum 5 years of active clinical RN practice At least 2 years of nursing faculty experience in an accredited RN education program Demonstrated ability to teach across multiple modalities: didactic instruction, hands-on skills laboratory, and clinical education Experience with simulation technology, such as Laerdal manikins Working knowledge of nursing program accreditation and regulatory compliance, including Ohio-specific requirements Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with clinical partners and healthcare employer stakeholders Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners About Stepful…
