Production Technician

About the Role

As a Production Technician within the Creative Services team at Wynn Las Vegas, you will help fabricate, maintain, and install the signage, graphics, and physical elements that define the property's distinctive atmosphere. The team delivers fresh, original design solutions across Wynn Resorts, with particular emphasis on Nightlife, Special Events, and Hotel Sales clientele, while supporting the full range of current and upcoming graphic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, and install signage, graphics, props, and related production pieces throughout the resort.
• Maintain existing displays and visual elements to keep them in pristine, guest-ready condition.
• Partner with Creative Services and other departments to execute designs for Nightlife, Special Events, and Hotel Sales programs.
• Collaborate with employees and, on occasion, guests to ensure each project meets Wynn's standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide ongoing production support for both current and future graphic needs across Wynn Resorts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with production, fabrication, or installation of signage, graphics, or props.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finished work.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and adapt to evolving creative requirements.
• Comfortable working on-site in Las Vegas, Clark County, in a full-time capacity.
