Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

AHF is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Kankakee, Kankakee County, to lead overnight manufacturing operations and champion a safe, high-performing production floor.

As a Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift at AHF in Kankakee, you will direct the overnight manufacturing team, keeping production running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a manufacturing crew of roughly 20 to 50 team members during the third shift.
• Drive a zero-injury safety mindset by making sure every task is carried out safely and in line with company policies, regulations, and operating procedures.
• Proactively spot, raise, and resolve safety concerns, hazards, and opportunities for improvement on the floor.
• Direct day-to-day production activity to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Coach, support, and develop crew members while reinforcing accountability and consistent performance standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a sizable manufacturing or production crew.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness and availability to work the 3rd (overnight) shift on-site in Kankakee.
• Capability to perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills.
